I feel almost desperate to make it so, and yet, if you asked me to define what "living an interesting life" means, I'd fumble with the words. The definition is cemented in my soul, and when I experience interesting, I know it, but I can't describe it. I wonder daily how we access "interesting" and how much smaller and more accessible it may be than I think. Because we are changing, constantly - growing intellectually and spiritually, I am wondering if that idea changes with us as well. If someone had asked me what that meant to me when I was in my 20’s it probably would have been very different from the vantage point of being in my 60’s. It is difficult for me to fully articulate as well. We are each so unique and this idea of “living an interesting life” has as many possibilities, also unique unto each of us. Thank you for this. And the artwork, lol, last night as I uploaded it to Substack with my post I thought the same thing, “OMG-that is so Twilight Zone!” And I too can hear it, the iconic da-da-da-da. It was at the top of my TV favs as a kid.
